How to choose an Instructor

Things of interest

Does your instructor measure up?

The new age exercise arena can seem as intimidating as the cockpit of concord, manned by slick speaking pilots speaking a language of kinetics and muscular obscurity.

Would your guide get you through this jungle of uncertainty?

Instructors are highly competitive actively seeking that unusual exercise, a variation on the same theme, reciting muscles and their attachments in a poetic form. Driving their clients through routines most diverse.

However, have we lost the plot? So then, who are we taking care of?

Should we not assist our clients to achieve their goals in order to enhance health and well being, listen and understand? Counselling plays an important part, raising self esteem, relating to what actually is the norms not the SUPERFITS and looking at family background and origins. Training plans and lifestyle changes should be mutually agreed and reasonable set. The instructors language should be of lay pronunciation. Instructions should be educational as our clients need to learn basic principals to understand what they are doing.

Our skills must slow there mind sets to show that exercise is for life.
